Rental prices for 2009.

Low season rental £450 / $795 per week.
(Two weeks £865 / $1525).

High season rental £485 / $845 per week.
(Two weeks £935 / $1625).

Peak season rental £520 / $895 per week.
(Two weeks £995 / $1725).

Pool heat (if required) £70 / $110 per week -
only recommended between October & March.

Maximum occupancy 8 persons + 1 infant.

For the comfort & security of all our guests, 
we maintain a No Smoking policy within the villa.

A 10% deposit will reserve your booking.
We review our prices every spring, no price increase after deposit received !! 
We must receive your full rental balance 4 weeks before your holiday to allow us sufficient time to send you maps, relevant directions from your chosen airport & the lock-code for our villa.
We accept payment by cheque, electronic bank transfer or Paypal either in £ or $.
Our prices include all bed linen, bath & beach towels, electricity, (except pool heating), local 'phone calls and 13% Florida sales & tourist taxes.
Free use of broadband wireless internet, PC, digital safe, cot /crib, high chair, stroller and gas BBQ.
Pool heating is optional & must be pre-booked to allow warm-up time!

The villa is at 28° 19´ 48.95 N  -  81° 38´ 13.57 W. on Google Earth.

A refundable security deposit of £200 / $300 is added to all rentals,
it will be promptly returned in full as long as our villa is vacated undamaged !
The villa is available from 3pm on your arrival date until 10.00am on your day of departure.
It will be fully valeted before your visit, maid service can be arranged mid-visit for £45 / $65 if required.
Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to holiday - full refund of deposit. We reserve the right to retain your deposit thereafter, but will refund it in full if able to re-let. Our booking form and terms & conditions are at the bottom of any of our 'Availability' pages.
