Lindfields - a quick introduction.

 Conveniently situated just to the West of Mile Marker 4 off Highway 192 (the main artery running through Kissimmee to St. Cloud) and with Disney's "front door" World Drive at Mile Marker 7,  Lindfields is a quiet backwater combining a tranquil location with a mix of vacation and residential single family homes within a conservation area that attracts wildlife including raccoons, cranes, eagles and armadillos. 

    Building began in the early 1990's when there was little if any development in the area. Consequently, land was not at the premium it is nowadays. The developers could afford to create wide avenues, allow large open areas and build generously sized homes, creating a unique blend of spacious and luxurious individually styled villas, most with their own private pools that have a British / Floridian theme.... Street names like Kensington, Primrose, Viscount, and Wellington mixed with some 'Americanisms' like Knottingham and Piccadilly Circle combine with generous plots, wide avenues and traditional street lighting to create a unique atmosphere that could be British - apart from the palm trees and, of course, the climate.

     Since it's construction,  Lindfields has established itself as the address and location for some of Kissimmee's finest, well maintained and most attractive homes.  This  spacious three neighborhood development has matured and become a very desirable location, attracting both local residents and vacation visitors.  Surrounded by conservation areas to preserve exclusivity, yet only four miles West of Disney World and minutes from the still developing commerce of the 192, with a new Wal-Mart, Lowes, Publix & Walgreens within easy reach, West Kissimmee is a Mecca of new neighborhoods, with an excellent range of restaurants, shops and supermarkets catering for all tastes and budgets.  Three golf and country clubs,  fishing on Bass Lake and the proximity to the major theme parks all add to the appeal of the area.
