VACANT  LOW Weeks.   (£475 per week / £900 per fortnight)  - ($780 per week / $1500 per fortnight).
VACANT  HIGH Weeks   (£495 per week / £955 per fortnight)  - ($815 per week / $1565 per fortnight).
VACANT  PEAK Weeks   (£530 per week / £1020 per fortnight)  - ($875 per week / $1685 per fortnight).

  Changeover day.               This date is available to begin or end your vacation !        
We will reserve your booking for a 10% deposit.
                      Cancellation up to 6 weeks before rental - full refund. We reserve the right to retain your deposit thereafter, but will return it in full if able to re-let.
   Full payment must be received 4 weeks before rental so we have time to send you maps and the combination you will need for the keys.
For stays of less than a week, we charge a short-stay cleaning fee of £46 / $70.
A refundable security deposit of £200 / $300 is required for all lets.
Pool heating is optional at £75 / $120 per week & must be booked in advance !
Excel Management and rentals at Kissimmee are our villa management company,
