				VACANT			LOW Weeks.					(£395 per week / £750 per fortnight) -										($780 per week / $1495 per fortnight).
					Already booked.									We regret that these dates are already reserved.
					Changeover day.									This date is available to begin or end your vacation !
										We will reserve your booking for a 10% deposit.
			Cancellation up to 6 weeks before rental - full refund. We reserve the right to retain your deposit thereafter, but will return it in full if able to re-let.
				Full payment must be received 4 weeks before rental so we have time to send you maps and the combination you will need for the keys.
							A refundable security deposit of £150 / $200 is required for all lets.
								Pool heating is optional at £60 / $110 per week & must be booked in advance !
						Excel Management and rentals at Kissimmee are our villa management company,
				They maintain & valet our home, can deal with any on-site problems & are available 24 / 7 freephone.
